Our Organic Vegetables grown on our Kerry farm in an ecologically sustainable way are available for sale in our Organic Shop in Tralee.

Manna Organic Farm is in the Gleann na nGealt valley near Camp, Co. Kerry. It is a 25acre smallholding, which after a lot of hard work, is now a working mixed farm. We have a 13 acre native woodland, an orchard, poultry and pigs as well as growing fruit and vegetables.

The Life of a Lettuce

We will start the day by seeding up and transplanting lettuce.

We will have lunch and then make our way to the growing field where we will plant out lettuce plugs into the field.

We will also look at previosly planted lettuce at several stages of growth including at flowering stage.

Other types of jobs we might be doing:

Feeding the ducks
Feeding the chickens.
Feeding the pigs 
Checking the apple trees in the orchard
Mulching baby trees
Taking a tour

For the little ones:
Painting new apple signs for the farm.

Parking is very limited, so please car pool as much as possible.We are also running a free bus from the railway tavern car park, lower camp and back every half hour or so.
