The faces behind the food.

We would like to introduce ourselves to our customers. We are Ryan Coote, Claire and Thomas O'Connor. The three of us have just completed a year in An  t-Ionad Glas, the Organic College in Dromcollogher, Co. Limerick, where we studied Organic Horticulture and Farming. www.organiccollege.com.

Ryan has trained as a chef with Darina Allen at Ballymaloe House. We are all passionate about food and cooking with quality ingredients. Recipes are available in the shop. Please ask about any fruit or vegetable, we will be delighted to supply advice and recipes and to hear yours.

In our quest to sell high quality organic fruit and vegetables we will be working to source new local suppliers in Kerry and the surrounding counties. We have also started the process of growing food on our own land: Gleann na nGealt Organic Farm in Camp, Co, Kerry. We intend to supply Manna with organic produce that we have grown ourselves.
